The Power of Viral Content and the Journey of 10 Minute School

In today's digital landscape, increased shares and visibility on various social media platforms can turn content viral. Many businesses strive for this, as viral content drives traffic to their websites and enhances brand awareness. However, the key to virality lies in evoking emotions. People share content that resonates with them, whether it's humorous, inspiring, or thought-provoking. A single viral video can set trends, inspiring brands and creators to pursue their own moment in the spotlight. The rise of social media has led to an explosion of digital content, with vloggers and creators emerging worldwide. Bangladesh is no exception, where the creative landscape has flourished over the past decade. Today, many Bangladeshi content creators are recognized as digital pioneers, leveraging platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to engage audiences. The Evolution of Content Creation in Bangladesh Bangladesh’s digital content scene took off in the early 2010s, primarily with YouTubers producing urban-centric comedy videos. Over time, the content diversified to include food vlogging, travel experiences, educational videos, and much more. With the growing influence of Instagram and TikTok, breaking into the content industry has become more competitive than ever. One of the most influential figures in Bangladesh’s digital education sector is Ayman Sadiq, the founder and CEO of 10 Minute School, the country’s largest EdTech platform.

His story is an inspiring testament to perseverance and innovation in the online education space. The Journey of 10 Minute School Ayman Sadiq has received several prestigious awards for his contributions to education. In 2018, he was honored with the Queen’s Young Leaders Award and was also listed on Forbes Asia’s 30 Under 30 for his exceptional impact in education. What started as a small bootstrapped initiative in 2015 has now evolved into a major EdTech company. Earlier this year, 10 Minute School secured its first external investment from Sequoia Capital India’s Surge program, marking a significant milestone in its growth. Ayman Sadiq shared that the idea for 10 Minute School first emerged in 2012. As a talented presenter, he noticed his students loved his slides and explanations. Encouraged by their positive feedback, he began exploring ways to share educational content online. Initially, he had no experience in website development but used his savings to hire developers. However, progress was slow, and by 2014, he decided to shift his focus to Facebook instead. This marked the official beginning of 10 Minute School as an online educational platform. Overcoming Challenges and Achieving Success Building 10 Minute School was not easy. Ayman faced many challenges, from financial constraints to personal sacrifices. After graduating from IBA, he had the opportunity to join MT programs at major corporations but chose to follow his dream instead. This decision came with uncertainty, but his passion kept him going. Despite the struggles, Ayman remained committed to his vision. He worked tirelessly, producing free educational content to help students across Bangladesh. His perseverance paid off, and today, 10 Minute School is a household name, offering courses that allow students to learn from anywhere. Conclusion The success of 10 Minute School exemplifies the power of persistence, creativity, and adaptation in the digital age. Whether it's viral content or educational platforms, the key to success is engagement, consistency, and delivering valueto the audience. As Bangladesh's digital landscape continues to grow, creators and innovators like Ayman Sadiq will inspire the next generation to dream big and take bold steps toward their goals.
