Project Justification
The leather industry is a pivotal component of Bangladesh’s economy, serving as one of its most valuable exports. However, it faces numerous challenges, including environmental concerns and labor issues. By focusing on entrepreneurs within this sector, our documentary aims to shed light on the efforts to modernize and address these challenges, such as adopting cleaner and greener practices. This narrative is crucial for understanding the balance between economic growth and ethical practices in Bangladesh’s leather industry.
